When not to trade Intraday ?

Most day traders come with a mindset to trade everyday. We should understand that day trading means not forcefully trading daily, its just opening and closing of trades within a single day. There is an easy way to understand that particular stock /index is not a good pick to trade for that day.

Look at the example of Banknifty 5 min charts below. You could see the candles marked in rectangle. These are area of congestions. Prices has been stalling within a mini boundary for a longer time. The way to draw this is to find candle overlaps. If more candles overlap in a single area thats congestion. You make money only when prices move up or down from your entry price. Here you could see prices frozen within a single area multiple times.

Too many congestion area denotes no progessive prices movement from current levels to make a profit for both bulls and bears. This is when you should totally avoid or stop trying to analyze that script. I teach price action course where we trade without indicators etc; If you are interested do call /watsapp at 7373339777.

Happy Trading and Learning !!!

Cheers..
